Data controller
The data controller is the oil mill owning the application. For any question, contact the administrator using the details shown on the home page.
Data collected
The application collects the data required for its operation: user accounts (username, name, role), business data (customers, suppliers, dossiers, production, stocks, sales, invoices, payments), audit logs and technical connection logs.
Purpose of processing
This data is used to run the mill's activity: authentication, tracking of dossiers and production, stock management, issuing documents (invoices, receipts), internal statistics and action traceability.
Legal basis
Processing relies on the performance of the employment or commercial relationship and on the legitimate interest in running internal operations.
Retention period
Data is kept for the entire duration of the activity, plus the applicable accounting and legal retention periods. Inactive accounts may be deleted at any time.
Recipients
Data is accessible only to authorised staff according to their role. No data is sold or transmitted to third parties for advertising purposes.
Cookies
Two technical cookies are used: a session cookie to keep you signed in and a language preference cookie for the home page. No advertising tracker is set.
Security
Access is protected by roles and permissions, passwords are stored hashed (PBKDF2) and every sensitive action is logged.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and delete your data. Send your request to the application administrator.
